FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Las Vegas, Nevada — The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) is pleased to welcome Mindway AI as a Silver Sponsor, supporting IAGR’s growing programme of year-round education, collaboration and international engagement.

Mindway AI is a Danish technology company specialising in player protection solutions that combine neuroscience and artificial intelligence to support earlier detection and intervention around at-risk and problem gambling. The company works with operators, platform providers, regulators and governments across more than 73 jurisdictions.
As a Silver Sponsor, Mindway AI will support IAGR initiatives throughout the year, including educational programming, working groups and collaborative efforts focused on emerging technology, responsible gambling and more effective regulatory oversight.

Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard will also participate in IAGR2026 in Lima, Peru, October 19–22, joining the conference session “AI for Regulators: Practical Tools, Real Use Cases, and Responsible Oversight.”

As artificial intelligence advances rapidly across gambling markets, the panel will focus on the practical decisions regulators are increasingly being asked to make about where AI can be used responsibly and where caution remains necessary. The discussion will explore regulator-led applications including document review, anomaly detection, triage, translation, intelligence support and governance, with an emphasis on realistic tools, credible safeguards and operational value.

“Mindway AI are proud to join IAGR as a Silver Sponsor and support its mission to drive international collaboration and practical regulatory education,” said Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway AI. “As artificial intelligence rapidly evolves across the industry, our focus remains on leveraging technology responsibly to strengthen player protection. I am looking forward to joining the panel in Lima at IAGR2026 to discuss practical, real-world applications of AI for regulators to explore how sophisticated AI, neuroscience and human expertise combined can create safer gambling environments globally, as we do currently in 73 jurisdictions with 16.5 million active players per month.”

“We are grateful for Mindway AI’s support of IAGR as a Silver Sponsor,” said Kevin Mullally, CEO of IAGR. “They are an innovative company devoted to player protection, which aligns with IAGR’s core mission and several new initiatives relating to reducing friction for new technology. Their support will strengthen IAGR’s year-round programme, while also bringing valuable expertise into our Technology Working Group, Model Rules Committee, and other new initiatives.”
