We are hiring a Business Development Manager in the UK who can enhance and grow the presence of Mindway AI in the UK and generate new business.

At Mindway AI, we specialise in sophisticated software based on artificial intelligence and neuroscience that helps identify and prevent problem gambling. Gambling addiction is a widespread, global challenge and our software supports gambling operators all over the world in detecting patterns and assessing gambling problems among their customers – and ultimately prevent them from becoming addicts.


  • Build and develop the local presence in the UK and across other market units (incl. Ireland, Gibraltar and Isle of Man)
  • Build new relationships to gambling operators and convert these contacts into profitable clients
  • Drive the full sales process with gambling operators from first contact to signed agreements. Execute business negotiations
  • Identify business opportunities that are aligned with company strategy
  • Act as the main responsible contact for the UK market initiatives, plan, participate in sales and marketing activities, campaigns, events, and communication, as well as drive relationships with associations, regulators, and other market stakeholders.
  • Promote and represent Mindway AI with high integrity and professionalism
  • Travel - to client/events within the UK and abroad



  • Proven B2B sales professional.
  • Good track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry, preferably from a solution provider to gambling operators
  • High empathic skills, preferably driven by the purpose of enhancing player protection with gambling operators.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the internal organisation and with potential clients
  • Interested in, driven by, and willing to invest your best efforts in being a part of an exciting growth journey
