About the role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will assume responsibility for our customer data integrations, ensuring seamless and consistent data flow through our transformation layers. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of our data platform and its requirements for on-demand ML evaluations. Rapidly, you’ll find yourself at the organization’s core, significantly influencing our short-term priorities and customer implementation strategy. Balancing multiple responsibilities effectively will be key, akin to a skilled juggler who keeps multiple balls in the air at the same time, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we strive forward on our fight against gambling addiction.
Your responsibilities
- Building and optimising our data pipelines and the data integration process, to ensure optimal utilization of the data.
- Leading customers through our Tech sales funnel, handling demos, pilots, workshops and mock solution setups. Taking ownership of that process and necessary materials.
- Delivering on consultancy based customer data related requests.
- Participating in and contributing to design ideas, innovation, code reviews and most importantly objective and constructive discussions.
- Developing and improving on our ML models and software solutions.
Our expectations to you
- Bachelors or masters degree preferably within a technical field (e.g. Data science, Cognitive science or similar). Alternatively 2+ years professional experience in a data engineering role.
- Experience working with data and the data value chain – areas like data modelling, data analyses, data visualisations, data structuring, ETL processing.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
Experience with the following is an advantage:
- Machine learning including data pre-processing, model training, model validation and explainability.
- Managing customer centric projects.
- Juggling priorities to meet deliveries and timelines.
