Mindway AI welcomes Paula Murphy as new UK Business Development Manager

Responsible gambling software provider Mindway AI welcomes Paula Murphy as its new UK Business Development Manager. The Danish RegTech company hereby sets up shop in London to be able to better service existing as well as new UK clients.

From August 30th, Danish Mindway AI has hired a UK Business Development Manager to represent the company as a leading RegTech provider on the important UK market. Mindway AI, based in Aarhus, Denmark, is known and recognized for its science-based tech solutions that detect at-risk and problem gambling earlier and more accurately than typical detection approaches.

“In the past five years, Paula has run the Knownow Limited responsible gambling conference, and she therefore has an impressive industry network in the UK and a deep understanding of the challenges operators face. With Paula’s new position, we’re stepping further into the UK market where our RG solutions can help operators meet the new legislative requirements,” says Mindway AI’s CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard.

For Mindway AI’s new UK Business Development Manager, Paula Murphy, the new position is an opportunity to help enhance player protection in the gambling industry, especially at a time where this issue is more top-of-mind than ever.

“I’ve been following Mindway AI closely with their great tech solutions to ensure optimal player protection. We see regulations tightening across Europe, and currently here in the UK, so I’m excited to help operators implement solutions to protect players and detect signs of problematic gambling behavior very early on, allowing for much better intervention measures”.

Mindway AI’s responsible gambling solutions draw on neuroscience, AI and a deep collaboration with experts specialized  in gambling addiction. This adds a human factor to the software: A ‘virtual psychologist’ which is able to provide a 360-degree view and assessment of every single gambler’s trajectory.
