About the role
As a Solution specialist you will be the face of Mindway AI’s tech primarily towards our customers, but also partners and experts (Psychologists). Within a short span of time you will be right at the heart of the organisation and have a huge say on our short term priorities and customer implementation strategy.
Mindway AI is a small, but fast growing company. As such you will quickly get a broad set of responsibilities and skills.
Your main responsibilities
- Leading customers through our Tech sales funnel, handling demos, pilots, workshops and mock solution setups. Taking ownership of that process and necessary materials.
- Collaborating closely with our customers to establish system integrations that ensure optimal utility of our software.
- Delivering on consultancy based customer requests, from training to developing customised solutions.
- Working with complex and large time-series data and improving our utilisation of our customers’ data.
- Collaborating with our expert psychologists around making the best possible feature labelling, getting the most out of relatively small datasets.
- Participating in and contributing to design ideas, innovation, code reviews and most importantly objective and constructive discussions.
- Developing and improving on our software solutions.
Our expectations to you
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology or science related discipline, or 3+ years professional experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience working with multiple parts of the data value chain, including data modelling, data analyses, data visualisations, data structuring and ETL processing.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Presentation and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, having a clear communication style which caters and adapts both to technical and non-technical recipients.
- Autonomous, mature and professional in dealing with individuals at senior levels.
Experience with the following is an advantage
- Machine learning including data pre-processing, model training, model validation and explainability.
- Managing customer centric projects.
- SQLAlchemy, Streamlit, FastAPI, MLFlow.

Professionally, we expect you to have at least a few years of experience with data related work, and to be curious and passionate about the ML space. Ideally, you have previously been in a position where you had to do coordination with a large number of contact spheres – and found that you enjoy having an active and dynamic workday.
